Ms. Janelle Rand is one of our passionate 1st grade teachers with a love for nature, learning, and community. Before joining Trinity, she was a park ranger who found joy inspiring kids on field trips, which ultimately led her into education. Over the last 4.5 years, she’s become a familiar face and trusted presence in the lives of many students.

Ms. Rand loves watching kids grow, encouraging them to stay curious and always ask “why.” She sees Trinity as a safe harbor and believes in making her corner of the world a better place. Outside of school, you’ll find her roller skating, hiking, birding, or kayaking – always exploring, always learning.
