Beverly Finch

Head of School

Dr. Beverly Finch brings more than 25 years of experience in education from kindergarten through college. She is a lifelong learner and dedicated servant leader whose passion is fostering opportunity, collaboration, and academic excellence within a Christian environment.

Before joining Trinity, Dr. Finch worked in Lubbock, Texas as the Federal and State Programs Coordinator for Lubbock ISD. In that role, she managed $140 million in grant funds supporting 50 campuses and contributed to district leadership teams in curriculum and instruction, improvement planning, and parent engagement.

Dr. Finch describes her role as being a “Chief Engineer of Opportunity,” focusing on connecting students, parents, teachers, and community members. She emphasizes a hands-on, servant-based approach to education, where systems and traditions provide the structure for students and staff to thrive while exploring academic risk-taking. Guided by the belief that “leaders don’t create followers, they create more leaders,” she works to develop student leaders, mentor teachers, parent advocates, and community partners so that leadership opportunities exist at every level of the school community.

She earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from The University of Texas at Austin, a Master of Arts in English, and a Ph.D. in Curriculum and Instruction from Texas Tech University. When she is not at school, Dr. Finch enjoys spending time and traveling with her family to any warm weather destinations.
